Privacy Policy
You can use every page on this site without giving us anything. If you join the early-access list, we keep your email address. This page says exactly what else we keep.

What we collect
The early-access list. When you join, we store your email address. With it we store the time you joined, which page you used the form on, and, if you arrived through one of our tagged links, a short campaign label such as the name of a post. The label is something we chose to tell our links apart. It is not information about you. If you typed a product name or barcode into the homepage search box before joining, we store that text too. The form says so when it applies.
Visitors. Cloudflare delivers this site and processes visitors' IP addresses and request details to do it and to keep it secure, under its own privacy policy. We use your IP address only as a short-lived key to slow down repeated sign-ups. We do not store it with your email.
The calculators. They do their math in your browser. The numbers you type are not sent to us. The “copy a link” button builds a link containing those numbers only when you press it and puts it on your clipboard. Anyone you send that link to can see the numbers in it.
Cookies and tracking
We do not set cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this site. If that changes, we will update this page before it does.
What we do with it
We use your email address only to tell you when SourceLoot opens. We do not sell it or share it. The email list is stored in a database that runs on Cloudflare, which is our hosting provider. We use the search text and the campaign label to see what people want to look up and which posts bring visitors.
Keeping and deleting it
We keep your email until you ask us to delete it or we close the list. To have it deleted, or to ask what we hold about you, write to hello@sourceloot.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights over your information, such as correcting it or objecting to its use. Write to the same address to use them.
Children
SourceLoot is for people who buy and sell goods. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page. Read our Terms of Use too.
